My poor mom and that bus. It never went directly anywhere we made her take us. It was always at least two transfers away.

Luckily two of those transfer points were just steps away from Ice cream. There was one next to Thriftys, which had the world famous cylindrical scoop, and the second was the Plaza stop which had the place with the waffle cone.

If you could time it out, the trip to see the doctor for your fake illness would also include ice cream.
